Every mask has a replaceable silicone liner that is swapped between each client. Before dispatch, the device goes through UV-C sterilisation and a wipe-down with healthcare-approved disinfectant. Panels are wiped before each rental — they never touch skin.
How soon will I see results? +
A first sense of hydrated, refreshed skin usually comes within 2–3 weeks of daily use. Visible smoothing of fine lines and a more even tone takes 8–12 weeks. That is why we offer longer-term rentals — after three months you will know whether it is working for you.
What if I damage the device? +
Before delivery you put down a deposit equal to the full value of the device (4,000–12,000 CZK depending on the model). If everything is in order on return, the deposit is released immediately. Normal wear is not charged.
