What data and why

  • Identity: name, surname, date of birth (for age verification only), ID number (for identity check at collection — not stored digitally).
  • Contact: email, phone, delivery address — for delivery, invoicing and communication.
  • Payment: processed by Stripe (we see only the masked last four digits). We do not store card numbers.
  • Legal basis: performance of a rental contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention period: for the duration of the contractual relationship + 10 years (statutory archiving obligation for accounting records).
