Rental process

How it works.

The whole process — from booking to return — is designed to take no more than 15 minutes of your time, with full transparency on hygiene and the deposit.

Booking

Fill in the form with your choice of device, preferred delivery date and contact details. Within 4 hours on a business day we confirm availability, send a payment link and confirm the date.

  • Pay upfront by card (Stripe) — rental charged, deposit only held as pre-auth.
  • Minimum rental: 7 days for masks, 21 days for the panel.

Hygiene preparation

Before every dispatch the device goes through a three-stage preparation: functional test, wipe-down with healthcare-approved disinfectant, and UV-C sterilisation. For masks, the inner silicone liner is replaced — only you ever wear yours against your skin.

  • You receive a signed hygiene certificate with every device.
  • We use a dedicated UV-C sterilisation box (254 nm, 180 seconds).

Delivery

By courier in Prague within 24 hours, in person at our location in Josefov, or nationwide by courier (+ 149 CZK each way). The device arrives in a clean carry bag with a manual, protective goggles and charger.

  • Delivery within a 3-hour window — you will need to show ID on receipt.
  • The parcel is insured for the full value of the device.

Using the device

The recommended protocol is in the manual and in our app. If you are unsure about anything, send a WhatsApp — we respond within 30 minutes on business days. We do not expect you to be an expert.

Return or extension

The day before the rental ends you will get an email: return or extend? One click decides. On return we release the deposit immediately once the device passes inspection (within 24 h).

  • Normal wear is not charged — the deposit covers loss or breakage only.
  • Extend for 3+ months and get a 15% discount.
